I took this picture with my cell phone months ago, waiting on line at a dollar store. I'd forgotten about the shot until this past weekend, when I used the camera again to take pictures of the inside of my daughter's throat while she was sitting on a bed in a bay at the local ER. I took her there because it was a Saturday morning and she had a fever, headache, sore neck, and the worst case of a spotted throat I'd ever seen. Looked like something Dr. Seuss could give a name to . . . the Incredible Spotted Larynx, or One Spot, Two Spot, Red Throat, Strep Throat.
Anyway, after I took the picture of her spots, I got a low memory warning on the phone and had to clear out the upteen pictures taken of the floor, inside of my pockets and purse, or car seat - my phone has a camera hot button on the right side that makes it all too easy to take pictures accidentally, and my phone was full of them.
But THIS one was deliberate and I apologize for that long story. I should have just posted the shot with the notation that I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS SIGN NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I READ IT.
Yikes, bit of a mind-bender, that. Perhaps you briefly stepped into an alternate universe.

Cue the theme from Twilight Zone . . .

The "engine" um... "overheats" when the doors are closed? Maybe?
Or maybe they're using the cooler as an a/c unit for the entire store?
Obscure!

Hmmm...guessing that the air outside is cooler than when the door is closed. Kind of reminds me of riding the bus to work -- we heat up too much when the windows/doors are all closed up (sometimes, I start sweating). My phone is the same way in that the camera button will just turn on and start taking pictures, while just resting in my purse.
